Enclosed is a partial payment of $200 to be applied to our overdue invoice. I apologize for inconveniencing your company this month. Our school has been having financial difficulties this year and was almost forced to close last month. Many of the parents we deal with cannot afford to pay for the tutoring services that we provide. This has made it difficult for us to keep up with our hills. However, we have just received news that a grant from the local government will be made available to us at the beginning of May. This money will provide 100% of the funds we need to keep our doors open. We will also be able to pay off any debts we have acquired this term.
